13.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@lcs.ng and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

13.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with:

• The Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria
• Rules of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC)
• Arbitration conducted in Lagos, Nigeria
• Proceedings in English language
• Decision final and binding on both parties

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for:
